KXAN-TV Austin, TX (3/15, Rahman) reports Texas teacher Paige Crain has “tested positive for the coronavirus after getting” her second Moderna vaccine shot last month. Infectious disease specialist Dr. Charles Lerner “says no vaccine is 100% effective,”
