Texas Mayoral candidate Zul Mohamed, 39, was arrested Wednesday night and charged with 109 counts of voter fraud.

Zul Mohamed (D) was running to become Mayor of Carrollton, just north of Dallas, but he got caught in a mail-in ballot scheme.
