Oct. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Former FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair
said “there were issues and unhappy shareholders” at
Citigroup, and that Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit’s resignation is
“a very positive move,” speaking on Bloomberg Radio.
