The State of Maryland has dropped charges against the father who dared ask verbal questions at a Common Core town hall recently. But even in dropping the charges, the state defends the officer's actions, and calls the parent disruptive.

I see many assault charges here on behalf of this officer. Why call it a public forum if it no longer is such?
