WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- At a Maryland construction company, President Barack Obama called on House Speaker John Boehner to allow a vote on a so-called "clean" continuing resolution that would fund the government. Obama said there are enough votes in the House for such a bill to be passed if it were allowed to be voted on.
