If you're a licensed insurance agent, you'll know immediately what's wrong with this picture:
"Community Health Alliance, Tennessee’s health insurance co-op, is running a unique promotional program to drive enrollment in its plans for sale on the exchange: health insurance in exchange for a smartphone."
This is known as "rebating," and it is illegal in all 58 states.
Shall I hold my breath waiting for this to be shut down?
Yeah, that's what I thought, too.
Oh and by the way: if the ObamaTax is such a great deal, why is it necessary to bribe people with a new cell-phone?
