US MBA mortgage applications -4.3% vs +8.2% prior

  • Mortgage market index 521.5 vs 544.9 prior
  • Purchase index 217.9 vs 213.3 prior
  • Refi index 2267.4 vs 2456.7 prior
  • 30yr mortgage rate 3.85% vs 3.83% prior
 Purchases up a smudge and refi's edge lower but are still well up.
