US MBA mortgage applications -9.4% vs 5.5% prior

  • Mortgage market index 417.2 vs 460.3
  • Purchase index 233.6 vs 234.1
  • Refi index 1469.9 vs 1754.2 prior
  • 30yr mortgage rate 4.23% vs 4.16% prior
Refis are down a tad but that might be a seasonal thing.
