US House Speaker Paul Ryan in a NY times article says he:
- Plans to unveil tax plan this fall
- Get the tax plan done in 2017
- Details still to come but tax plan likely to include doubling the standard deduction
- Realistic to have corporate tax rate at or below 22.5%
