Kennedy joked on ABC’s “Good Morning America” Wednesday that he “decided to go a little bit light on the ChapStick this morning … which is probably a wise choice.”

Living here in the North East where the winters are cold and dry I use ChapStick pretty much on a daily basis, I can't recall a single time in my 50 years where I had so much ChapStick on that it was drooling down my cheek.
