Heated Argument ERUPTS in Congress over Ocasio-Cortez's line of Question On Census

“Aliens….are still counted for congressional apportionment services…..They’re my constituents.”
There you have it, folks. If non-citizens were not counted for congressional apportionment, would we have at least 1 fewer congressional representative? Say, maybe in New York?
