 Mandating teachers is going to go one of two completely opposite ways....   The sheer number of liberal, Marxist Karen's that make up the education occupation are overjoyed with the idea & overwhelmingly welcome the mandate....   Or the teacher's unions will flip out over being told what to do & having the autonomy of the teachers removed & they will be exempted like the Postal workers have been. 

  Either way, the education system is about to completely break down, if not already.
