This isn't good:Lead Times for U.S. Factories Lengthen to Record on Supply Crunch

 The supply squeeze that’s hounding U.S. manufacturers and the economy is getting even tighter.

The Institute for Supply Management’s latest survey of purchasing managers showed the average lead time for production materials in September increased to 92 days, the highest in data back to 1987. Wait times for supplies used in maintenance, repairs and operations, matched a record at 45 days.
