Pfizer ordered by court to release 500 documents of adverse events a month

This document compiles adverse events reported to Pfizer through February 28, 2021. Out of the 42,086 adverse events reported, there were 1,223 deaths. That is 2.9% which is about 1 in 35. Even though most of us know already, this proves on record that Pfizer knew since the early stages of this vaccine being authorized that death has not been a rare result.
