Added a new Dividen long hold that currently pays $1.9 per share, the next XDiv is tommorow 9/30 gonna build a bag of this and let the Div do its income thing.
IIPR is the stock. Ive been researching REITS decided IIPR over LAMR pretty much the same Div payout for half the share cost.
