ECB may change collateral rules on some loans: WSJ - MarketWatch
The European Central Bank may decide to relax collateral rules for
its loans, The Wall Street Journal reported in its online editions
Thursday, citing an unnamed source familiar with the situation. Such a
maneuver would take some of the pressure off southern European banks,
the Journal said.
