The final terms of an agreement to provide up to €100 billion ($125.76 billion) in European Union aid to Spain's banking sector will probably allow the funds to be channeled directly to banks, Spain's finance minister said Tuesday...
Now that is how you create jobs. Give $125 billion directly to banks. Not. But it is the best, easiest way for the banks to make money.
