The final terms of an agreement to provide up to €100 billion ($125.76 billion) in European Union aid to Spain's banking sector will probably allow the funds to be channeled directly to banks, Spain's finance minister said Tuesday...Now that is how you create jobs. Give $125 billion directly to banks. Not. But it is the best, easiest way for the banks to make money.
