Good article on reality of politics in America here. The top
democrats and republicans are all good buddies who do business deals
with each other and then get on TV and call each other names. It's all a
game to them. And they are winning.
It should be noted that what is going on in Spain is likely a preview of
what will occur in the U.S. as various states and major cities reach
the financial crisis stage. Los Angeles, Chicago, California and
Illinois, for starters, are all on death watch by those who understand
government finances. It still may take a year or two, but the crisis in
the U.S. at the state and local levels is coming.
