Who needs the WPA? We have the prison population...biggest in the
world. Given three hots and a cot, they are a cheap workforce.
There are 5,000 prisons in the US, as opposed to mere jails, half-ways,
juvie detention centers, et. al. They even get medical care.
US prisons are enormous industrial complexes...take a look at the photos of all 5,000.
