U.S. manufacturing PMI in June at 18-month low - MarketWatch
The final reading for the U.S. manufacturing purchasing managers index
in June was 52.5, worse than the flash reading of 52.9 and down from
54.0 in May, Markit reported Monday. Readings above 50 indicate
expansion, and the PMI signals the weakest manufacturing expansion for
18 months, Markit said. The Institute for Supply Management's
manufacturing index, due at 10 a.m., is expected to show a reading of
52.3%
