I can see the Lawyers office now.
The 'perp' never raised his hands in any sort of threatening manner.
The cop must have been a real fluff with his punches as the perp stood up and didn't even seem phased by the beating.
All is well as long as the cop went home safely...../snark/ 11 cops with nothing to do, It Looked as if a clown car just pulled up. .....Heroes?.... Hardy more like a Legalized Gang with the License to do as these please. I hope this individual sues NY for Millions! for Police brutality.
