on Tuesday reported a third-quarter loss of $47 million, or 47 cents a
share, vs. a profit of $0.3 million, or flat on a per-share basis, a
year ago. Excluding one-time items, the loss would have come in at $33
million, or 33 cents a share. Sales inched lower to $1.00 billion from
$1.03 billion, a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet Research were
looking for a loss of 18 cents a share on sales of $1.04 billion.
"Overall, our business performed below expectations," interim CEO Dorvin
