So from the analysis that the Tax Policy Center just released on the
fiscal cliff there is an interesting chart on page 13 of the PDF

It shows the effect of each item (payroll tax, AMT, etc.) on the
various quintiles and also the 1%. The AMT "patch" as they refer to it -
if it were not "patched' again would have zero impact on the top 1% of
taxpayers.
Anyone want to take odds on whether the AMT "patch" tumbles over the guardrails down the fiscal cliff?
