Be interesting to watch a state try the confiscation route. Maybe it will wake up the rest of the country to the road that we are going down (not that the media would report anything...). Definitely something in the water in Illinois. Over 500 murders in Chicago alone and they still think disarming law abiding citizens is the way to go.
Those in history that have dared say "it will never happen" have met the worst of fates.
We have no liberty if at every turn we are forced to monitor our government, petition, oppose, and lobby in hope of protecting that liberty from their repeated threats. A free man cannot be at the mercy of his government. They should be at the mercy of the people and live in fear of even suggestion of law such as this.
