Remembering Bob Chapman: 1935 – June 4, 2012

There are several people and events that contributed to my “awakening”. However, none were more influential than Mr. Robert “Bob” Chapman, who passed away from cancer one year ago today. To say Bob was a legend in the precious metals markets, the mining industry, and the Truth Teller movement is an understatement. Bob was one of the original “good guys” in the movement who exposed the treason, fraud, greed, and criminality of the “powers that be” for over 35 years. Bob Chapman was responsible for “waking up” countless numbers of people around the world. This awakening helped educate people of diverse backgrounds about real, honest money, starting people on a path towards personal financial security.
Bob was born October 16, 1935 in Boston, MA. He was a graduate of Northeastern University, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he worked in U. S. Army Counterintelligence, mostly in Europe. He spoke German, French and Spanish. Bob was a world traveler, and spent a large portion of his life living outside the United States in places like: Europe, Africa, Canada, the Bahamas, and eventually Mexico.

Mr. Chapman opened my eyes many years ago during a botched Google search, and since that time I had spoke with Mr. Chapman on may occasions using email, our exchanges we're always friendly  and humorous,

A true Gentlemen and  Patriot if there ever was one, may he rest forever in peace.
