America's corporate income tax is
one of the most poorly understood aspects of the nation's tax system.
With the constant rumblings emanating from Washington about a revamping
of the corporate tax rate, I thought that it was a good time for a background
look at the history of the current system.

ratio between federal tax receipts on corporate income and corporate after tax
