On this day in history thirty pieces of silver

On this day in history thirty pieces of silver paid for a contract on an important political person.
The same thirty pieces of silver bought a large parcel of land in a world center city.
The pieces of silver probably used, were most likely  the shekel because it came from the temple.
This coins weight is around 22 grams. 22 x 30 = 660 divided by 32 = 20.625 oz or around $405 in today’s money.

Does this sound like the correct price to you? Cursed is the man that uses faulty weights and measures!
