Predictive programming
is “the theory proposes that public media (such as films, television,
news casts, etc.) are deliberately seeded with subtle clues of future
social, political, or technological events. According to the theory,
when the relevant event and/or change is later introduced into the
world, the public has become used to the idea through exposure, and
therefore passively accepts it rather than offering resistance or
opposition. Predictive programming is therefore thought to be a means of
propaganda or mass psychological conditioning that operates on a
subliminal or implicit level.”
Many of the goons that the dinosaur media stations bring on as guests
are spouting a predictive programming message. I’ve been writing about
some of these Dr. Strangelove-esque appearances for some time. Among the
threats oft mentioned of late are large-scale shopping-mall attacks,
Internet shut downs, missing planes flown into buildings or stadiums,
etc. Prominent threats include electromagnetic bombs, or e-bombs
(otherwise known as a kill shot), and the several mini nukes that went missing last year.
