According to Liu, the Chinese president will arrive in India with a
delegation of more than 100 business heads, including those from China
Harbour, China Railway Construction Group and Huawei, among others. They
will meet over 400 Indian CEOs at a business gathering in the Indian
capital. Officials of the big four Chinese banks -- Bank of China,
Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), China Construction
Bank and the Agriculture Bank of China -- will also visit India as these
banks are fully prepared to give billions of dollars in loans to
various Indian infrastructure projects.''
