WSJ Fedwatcher Hilrenrath is getting some of the credit for this rout
on the US dollar and the rally in stock markets (but it’s mostly the China news)
His latest comment was that “considerable time” will stay in the Fed statement, something he said in a webinar today.
Hilsenrath has been driving the dovish bus for a considerable time
himself and there’s no evidence that he has any kind of access to the
Fed.
In any case, at this point it is what it is.
