More than 85,000 students could be eligible for debt forgiveness

More than 85,000 students who attended campuses owned by a now-defunct for-profit college could have their federal loans forgiven thanks to government findings that they were misled by their school.
The Department of Education found that Everest and WyoTech campuses in California, as well as Everest University online programs in Florida, used inflated job placement rates to lure students. The findings, which the Department announced Tuesday, come from an analysis of several years of job placement data from the schools as well as evidence from the office of Kamala Harris, California’s attorney general.

If they're saying 85,000 its more like 850,000 no doubt. So much for personal responsibility training...If  you have a Mortgage stop paying it, and ask for some Debt relief, all the kids are doing it.
