No mention of any output ceiling in OPEC communique - report

More confirmation of no output ceiling. Ministers are leaving the meeting now and comments will be crossing, followed by a press conference.
  • Venezuela's oil minister says meeting was 'very good'
  • Kuwait's minister said meeting was 'positive'
  • Spokesman says OPEC confirmed commitment to stable oil market
Oil is now down more than $1 to $47.97 per barrel.
