US May pending home sales -3.7% m/m vs -1.1% expected

  • Prior was +5.1% m/m (revised to +3.9%)
  • Sales +2.4% y/y vs +4.6% y/y exp
  • Prior y/y reading +2.9% (revised to +1.8%)
Soft reading and lower revisions but there aren't any real concerns about US housing at the moment.
