Fed's Yellen to speak at the top of the hour


The chair of the US Federal Reserve Janet Yellen  will be speaking at the Commonwealth club in San Francisco at 3:00 PM ET/2000 GMT. The title of the speech is "The Goals of Monetary Policy and How We Pursue Them".
