US MBA mortgage applications -2.7% vs 3.1% prior

  • Mortgage market index 406.8 vs 418.1 prior
  • Purchase index 235.3 vs 240.3 prior
  • Refi index 1366.1 vs 1413.3 prior
  • 30yr mortgage rate 4.46% vs 4.46% prior
The purchase index continues to move sideways which pretty much matches the current form of activity in the housing market overall.
