WTF does that mean?

It means that the Left are acknowledging what you said: They want a President who does NOT advocate for the interests of America, but who is a globalist who works on behalf of the global control grid. They want America dethroned and its population punished (and demographically replaced). To do anything else would be unthinkable, given the fact that the U.S. is just an illegitimate den of capitalism and racism.
Cultural Marxism told them so.

 Footnote: The biggest irony of all the recent Russia-baiting is that Obama was born and reared by Communists. (His grandparents moved 1,000 miles to enroll their daughter [Barack’s mom] in Mercer Island High School in Washington State, which was called “the Little Red Schoolhouse,” because it was run by a Communist named John Stenhouse. From an article on it, we read that Stenhouse had teachers who were “Frankfurt School-style Marxists, who taught a critical theory curriculum to students which included rejection of social norms, attacks on Christianity, the traditional family, and assigned readings by Karl Marx.”) Obama’s hero (and mentor) Frank Marshall Davis was, likewise, a Communist who wrote for a Marxist newspaper. He was reared on Marxist rhetoric, and was what was known as a “red diaper baby”: i.e., the child of Marxists. According to Obama’s own memoirs, his mom and dad allegedly met in a Russian language class.

 I remember listening to a presentation by someone (I can’t remember who now), but he said he was at dinner with some Russian diplomat and his wife in the 1980s and they bragged that there was a “young black man who would be President in a few years time that the Kremlin was grooming . . . his name is Barack.”) I’ll see if I can find the interview. But if so, it would explain why every move that Obama did in his administration seemed to benefit Russia. The Russian Reset, for example. Obama ridiculing Romney during the 2012 debates, when he said, “Russia, Mr. Romney? The 1980s called. They want their foreign policy back”. . . . Then there was Obama on videotape, busted telling Medvedev that he could deal with Putin better once the election was over.

Then there was the Ukraine, where Russia walked away the winner. Meanwhile Obama weakened the United States internally, gutted its military and alienated all its traditional allies. And his whole Presidency has been about implementing cultural Marxism to de-legitimize the United States . . . a tactic straight out of the Soviet playbook. If Obama really was a Russian plant, a “Manchurian candidate” sent in to weaken and collapse America from within, he couldn’t have done a better job. . . . And that’s why it’s so rich now, listening to Obama (a man whose every word sounds like Soviet propaganda from the 1930s about the evil of the “racist, vile United States”) and his accusations that Trump is a Russian agent: Trump, whose slogan is Make America Great Again. Whereas Obama’s Slogan was “America is Illegitimate and Must Be Brought To Heel.”
