Reminder: The 2nd Amendment CANNOT be repealed – It “secures to the people the right to bear arms” — The 9th Amendment “Secures to the people the rights retained by them”. Therefore The Bill of Rights (Amendments 1 – 10) can NEVER be repealed.
Which is why so many on the left want to re-write the constitution.
Next issue is just placing limitations on those rights.
