This is fascism profiting off the misery of it's populous:

1. Create fear of invisible enemy you cannot see, hear, feel, touch, smell, taste or otherwise perceive except through blind belief from authority.

2. Repeat fearful ideas more and more, and keep increasing the fear levels so that the nocebo principle kicks in and people self-manifest the very symptoms they fear most.

3. Point to the symptoms as proof of your invisible enemy and begin emergency procedures to release billions of dollars in state emergency funds, WHO and CDC funds, etc.  Line the pockets of level 1 bureaucrats.

4. To spread mass panic, need more mass examples of sickness and to "prove" the enemy is real.  Bring in the test kits that make billions more dollars for doctor-ed and fake results (e.g. this was proven by Dr. Stefan Lanka, that your body releases these so called antibodies and nucleic acids the tests look for in response to SEVERE STRESS and SHOCK, not a virus), how convenient?

5. Once millions are "proven" infected via the tests.  Bring on the "Vaccines" for billions more in profits.

6. Once people are converted from one belief of harm (virus) into a belief of safety (vaccine), pandemic is declared over.  Hundreds of billions in profits have been collected, many lives destroyed.
