A Fairview Elementary School teacher was arrested Monday in Maryland and charged with nine counts of aggravated sexual battery, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a child, eight counts of rape, incest and eight counts of rape of a child. Two victims who are minors were reported by District Attorney General Brent Cooper. Neither are students at Fairview Elementary
