House Republicans later this week will pass a bill to keep the government open past Oct. 1, while at the same time stripping funding from President Barack Obama's health-care law. House Speaker John Boehner unveiled the strategy on Wednesday morning, less than two weeks before the government runs out of money for the current fiscal year.
