The Chicago Board Options Exchange on Thursday said it is accepting
orders and expect to open at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, after experiencing
technical issues related to its VIX futures

the product that normally begins at 8 a.m. Eastern.
Face it folks the VIX is a rigged game.
